Well, after hearing the news that Cam wouldn't be able to get a lot of time off from work in between inspections, we decided to take a family trip over here in Europe. We ended up going to Maspalomas on Grand Canary Island. We managed to leave the camera on the bus shuttle to the hotel so there was a bit of a hassle trying to recover it but we got it back! That is all that matters! It was amazing to just relax by the pool and at the beach. We all enjoyed every minute of it. Hope you like the pictures!

Updated pics of Landon
Paris 2009
This year we took the train to beautiful Paris for our 3 year Wedding anniversary (13th) and Valentine's Day (14th). We took the train from Saarbrücken, Germany straight to the Gare de l'Est station in Paris. Landon loved his first train ride. We did the typical tourist things in Paris...saw the Eifel Tower, strolled down Avenue des Champs-Elysées (one of the most famous streets in the world), saw the Louvre Museum and Arc de Triomphe, ate crepes, Landon had his first carousel ride and much more. We stayed in an awesome hotel, Le Meridien Etoile. Very modern and the food was great too, just crazy expensive! Cam's coke was 8 Euro and my beer was 12. When in Rome...All in all it was a great trip. The three of us always enjoy getting out and enjoying Europe. This was a trip to remember.

A day trip to Frankfurt
Cam was able to get a day off for MLK Jr. Day so we decided to take a day trip with some friends to the Frankfurt Zoo and Centrum. It was rainy but we still had a lot of fun. Check out the pics in the slideshow below...

GiGi's Trip and Amsterdam for the New Year
GiGi arrived the day after Christmas and was able to stay and ring in the New Year with us in Amsterdam. We really enjoyed visiting with her and being able to show her a new European city this visit. Cam and I also got to get out and spend some alone time which was nice. Check out the slideshow below of her time in Germany and Amsterdam.

Baby's 1st Christmas
We had an amazing Christmas this year. There were too many presents to count under the tree! Landon really enjoyed opening the gifts (with some help of course!). We just relaxed around the house most of the morning then headed off to the Sell's house for their last Christmas here in Germany :(
