First time seeing Santa

Landon got to meet Santa for the first time on Saturday at the Buechel Kids Christmas Party. He almost pulled his beard off in front of everyone. Luckily, we were able to stop him!

Squadron Christmas Party

Last night was the Squadron Christmas Party at Cochem Brauheck. It was our first night leaving Landon in the nursery. He was a good boy and played with his friends then went to sleep for the night. We all survived the first babysitting experience :) I teamed up with Kristen Sell and Matt Seitz on the Karaoke portion of the evening and WE WON with an incredible performance of "Summer Nights" from Grease. Cam and I both, even walked away with some cash from the money tree! All in all it was an amazing night with good food and great friends!

Thanksgiving

This year we celebrated Thanksgiving with our friends, The Bowen's and the Sell's. All of the food was amazing. We were all stuffed! We still managed to make room for dessert though :)

We have so much to be thankful for this year. If I wrote it all down here it would take a life time to read! Most importantly we have our little guy, Landon, to celebrate the holidays with this year.

To all of our friends and family back home, we love you and miss you. Hope your Thanksgiving was a great one!

Trip to Luxembourg

Saturday we went to General Patton's Funeral and Burial Site at the American Cemetery and Memorial in Hamm, Luxembourg. We were there to support SSgt Ryan Thomas, one of Cam's co-workers, as he re-enlisted. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and it really makes you think of all of the men and women who have served for our country in the past and are still serving for us now. I was crying as usual! Unfortunately, weather was not cooperating with us so we were all cold and wet so the trip was short and sweet. Come to think of it...it was raining last time we were there. After the re-enlistment, we headed over to Spangdahlem to go bowling and warm up. The guys beat the girls this time :( I'm always up for a rematch!

Halloween 2008

Landon's first Halloween was awesome. We went to Buechel for a party they were having there. We missed the trunk-or-treating but I don't think Landon cared too much anyway. They held a costume contest for the kids and Landon won in his age group, Newborn to Age 1. Yeah!! We were proud of our little Tootsie Roll :) Check out some of the pics...

Our Childbirth Class Reunion

We had our child birth class reunion last night. It was great to see everyone and their little bundles of joy. They dressed up in their Halloween costumes and posed for some pictures. Landon is still learning how to be gentle with the ladies and made the frog cry :( We're working on him!

Too bad the Rays lost to the Phillies. Landon still shows you his support :)

Landon's first trip to Florida

We recently went back to Florida for a visit. We had a lot of fun just relaxing and spending time with family and friends. Cam was only able to get away for 12 days but it was a much needed break! There were a lot of first for Landon on this trip. He had his first transatlantic plane ride, his first time to the park on the swings, his first time to the beach and seeing the ocean and his first time swimming in the pool. I was really stressing out about the flight over to the States but he did really well. The flight attendant even said he was the best baby they have had on a flight in a long time. A lot of our family took the time out of their busy lives to come and see us while we were in town. Granny from Alabama, The Green's and Moore's from Georgia, Cousin Sean and Becky from New Port Richey, The Fess's and Metzger's from Orlando and Nannie from Plant City. We had an awesome time visiting with them and I know Landon loved meeting his cousins, Evan, Cameron and Lauren. We even got to stop and have lunch with Uncle Wade while we were in Charlotte. Thank you again to all of our friends and family who made our trip home so very special. For those of you that we missed this time we hope to see you all again very soon!

Dinner at Hella's in Wittlich

Just some random pics of us at Hella's in Wittlich. One of our favorite spots to grab some amazing Greek food :) Hate to say it but the Greek Taverna next to my old work in FL doesn't hold a candle to this place!

I'm a slacker! Sorry!

Well, as you all know I am not still 32 weeks pregnant. Landon finally made his way into the world on Thursday, May 8, 2008 at 2:07am. I had him at the St. Elizabeth Krankenhaus in Germany. The experience there was amazing and I wouldn't trade it for the world.

Landon is now almost 3 months old! Crazy! He is the most amazing thing in our lives. Cam and I both can't believe how lucky we are to have such a precious boy. I will be keeping up with this now. I am sorry that I haven't been the best at it lately. Don't give up on me yet :)

Love you all!!

Here is Landon's blogger debut...
